  • Questions about Commissions:
    • What kind of commissions do you support? Matrix!
    • How are commissions structured in the matrix?
      • The matrix payout width can be from 1 to Infinity
      • The matrix payout depth can be from 1 to 10 levels deep
    • Are you limited to dollar payouts?
      • No, you can choose a dollar amount or a percent of sale when paying commissions. These amounts can also be different per level.
    • Can we payout commissions more often than once a month?
      • Absolutely! You can configure your payouts to be daily, weekly, monthly or anything in between!
    • Can we auto-advance users from one commission structure to another?
      • Yes you can. You can even filter the advancement based on personal sales, downline sales and # of downline enrollees.
    • How easy is it to pay our members?
      • Is a single click easy enough? That’s right, one click and the money is direct deposited!
    • How easy is it for us to get paid?
      • It’s easy! Authorize.net will deposit purchases made on your new website right into your bank account.
  • Member Website (self-replicating web page):
    • Do our members automatically get their own website?

  • Do you offer auto-ship and product subscriptions?
    • That’s right. With a few clicks you enter your product or membership fee and then assign it a recurring fee (subscription) and you’re done. Sit back and start collecting the income!
  • Do you mean I can sell products online with LaunchMyOffice?
    • Absolutely. Enter your product description and price and start earning money!
  • Yes, but what about inventory management?
    • We got that too. Launch My Office automatically tracks sales and remaining inventory. It also enables inventory reconciliation too!
  • How about Content Management? Can I edit my own web pages like a Word document?
    • Yes you can. You can edit, highlight, change fonts, and spell check. Click the update button and instantly view all your changes!
  • Do you even have a Member Dashboard so our members can see how their downline is doing? How their sales are coming, etc? Yep. Got all that and more. Animated graphics too!
  • OK, talk to me about cost. Does it really only cost $199 a month plus as little as 50 cents a user per month?
    • Yes, that is absolutely true! The most you will ever pay is $2 per user (starting fee) and as you add more users the cost drops to as little as 50 cents per user.
    • You will also need an Authorize.net account but your Bank will usually provide that for free as part of your merchant account.
    • If you need a domain name, email account, and an SSL certificate then simply enroll your company and prepay two months and we will cover all these costs for you!
      • Note: one of those two months would be non-refundable to help us cover our costs
    • If you ever decide to leave us, there is no early withdrawal fee.What if I want to purchase a server license and put LaunchMyOffice on my server? No problem and no extra fees.
  • What about my data? I suppose you hold that hostage so I have to keep paying you month after month?
    • No way. Your data is yours. If you want it then you can take it with you. Our team thinks integrity is one of the most important characteristics a person or company can have. We will treat you like we would want to be treated!
